I'm looking to rent a thermal fogger that will deodorize and neutralize smoke damage from a fire in a residential unit.

Will this suffice? what product would work best? Also, will it kill mold?

BioWorld Odor Neutralizer applied with a cool mist fogger works very well on smoke odors. The key is to get micron sized droplets of dilute odor neutralizer solition into every nook and cranny where smoke particles exist. A thermal fogger will denature our product rendering it ineffective.
